Answer) B: Metaplasia

Point to note:

Metaplasia: One cell type replaces another.
Eg: Barrett's Esophagus: Distal esophagus epithelium changes from squamous to glandular. Its a pre-cancerous condition, and should be evaluated by endoscopy and biopsy every 2-3 years.
Another example is transitional epithelial metaplasia to squamous in the urinary bladder caused by Schistosoma Hematobium, which predisposes to squamous cell Ca of Bladder.

Other Options:

Hyperplasia: increase in number of normal cells (BPH)
Dysplasia: it is a disordered cell growth and may progress to Cancer.
Carcinoma in situ: Ca localised to site
Hamartoma: Non neoplastic overgrowth of tissues at their own particular site, not at a different location where it should not be present. (e.g; Peutz Jeghers Polyposis, Angiomyolipoma of the Kidney in Tuberous Sclerosis)
