S phase is synthesis phase: Antimetabolites act here (methotrexate, 5 FU)
G2 phase is where synthesis of components needed for mitosis occurs: Bleomycin acts in this phase
Etoposide & Teniposide are Topoisomerase 2 inhibitors and act in late S and early G2 phase.
M is the mitosis phase: Taxols and alkaloids act here
Busulfan and 6 MP are Non cell cycle specific and can act in any phase.
G1 is given as distractor or we can say the any of the other 2 option act in this phase and also can act on any other phase.

Remember to learn the cell cylce pathology and those TP53 & RB suppressor gene concept in conjunction with the drugs mentioned above.

VERY VERY HIGH YIELD
